At Hawkeye Vintage, we curate unique luxury pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the item is in its original condition with all Hawkeye Vintage authentication tags and luxury packaging intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return using a trackable shipping service to the address provided in your authorization email; shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
